Kids Room exclusively for kids aged 14 and below, first-come basis. Kids can also enjoy at Level 4 Restaurant. Post-Restaurant hours, Kids Zone welcomes female children, ensuring well-rounded experience.

01 Is Jain Food available?
Jain food is available for guests below 10pax on Level 4&5 only. For guests above this number, arrangements need to be made separately. The Jain food options include rice, chapatti, and roti from the buffet. For vegetable dishes and dal, guests need to inform the F&B Captain, who will prepare and serve them within 20-25 minutes.

Yes, the non-veg food served in the buffet is Halal.

01 Is there a dress code for visiting the casino?
Yes, we have a smart casual dress code policy which means no shorts, sleeveless shirts, flip-flops, or sandals are allowed. Additionally, guests are not allowed to wear hats or sunglasses inside the casino.
02 Are there any age restrictions for visiting the casino?
Yes, guests must be at least 21 years old to enter the casino.

- Operating hours: Casino and feeder boats operate 24×7
- Food & Drinks:
- Chaat: 7 PM–12 AM
- Dinner in Aish‑O‑Rum: 8:30 PM–1 AM
- Alcohol: 7 PM–12 AM (weekdays); until 12:30 AM (weekends); after-hours drinks only at gaming tables
- High Tide live food: 7 PM–10:30 PM
- Poker packages: Entry fee refunded if ticket is registered and played for at least 4 hours
- Voucher usage: Check with staff for restrictions; ₹500 vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Feeder boats: Service may be delayed or cancelled due to weather or sea conditions
- Smoking:
- Smoking permitted only in designated areas
- Health & behaviour:
- Guests with illness symptoms may be asked to leave
- Management may refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive guests and may charge for damages or cleanup; High Tide sundeck may close in bad weather

Entry Policy
- 24×7 access to all areas: casino floors, decks, Kids Room, and feeder boats
- Age-specific access:
- 21+ with valid photo ID is required for access to gaming floors
- Children (0–14) may use the Kids Room or stay in supervised public areas; entry is first-come, first-served; areas may fill up
- Teens (15–20) are permitted only in restaurants or lobby areas after restaurant hours; they cannot access the Kids Room or gaming floors
- Dress Code:
- Men: Formal or smart casual attire is required; prohibited: shorts, sleeveless tops, joggers, flip‑flops, hats, and sunglasses
- Women: Proper evening wear required; no flip‑flops, open foot wares or chappals
- Other rules:
- Smoking restricted to designated areas
- No photography or videography is allowed in the gaming floors or VIP areas. Recording is only allowed in designated public entertainment areas (like Aish-O-Rum, High Tide or sheesha lounges), only using a mobile phone or compact DSLR camera.
- Management may refuse or remove guests who are intoxicated, disruptive, or ill
- Decks and feeder boats may close due to weather, private events, or force majeure; guests have no claim in such cases
- Guests are responsible for any damage or cleaning costs arising from their actions
Baggage Policy & Charges
- Allowed onboard: sling bags, purses, small handbags.
- Not permitted: backpacks, laptop bags, and larger luggage must be stored in lockers.
- Storage fees: ₹500 per small (cabin) bag; ₹1,000 per large bag.
- Electronics exempt: laptops, power banks, DSLR/GoPro, and handheld cameras may be carried without charge.

- Multiple vouchers may be combined but cannot be split or redeemed for cash
- Guests should confirm voucher rules with gaming staff before use
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Non-refundable bookings except in cases of verified medical emergencies, subject to documentation and management approval
- One date change allowed, if requested at least 24 hours before the visit; guests must cover any rate difference. If the new date is cheaper, the difference is issued as promotional vouchers
- Weekday cancellations (Mon–Thu) incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount
- No refunds or changes are allowed for:
- Requests made less than 24 hours before visit
- Bookings on blackout dates or special-rate packages
- No-shows
- Use of OTPC/promotional vouchers
- Deck or boat closures due to weather, private events, or force majeure
- Refund processing: All approved refunds are made via bank transfer to the original payment method within 10–15 working days
- Final authority: Management reserves full discretion on all refund or cancellation requests; policy terms may change without notice
