01 Is Jain Food available?
Jain food is available for guests below 10pax on Level 4&5 only. For guests above this number, arrangements need to be made separately. The Jain food options include rice, chapatti, and roti from the buffet. For vegetable dishes and dal, guests need to inform the F&B Captain, who will prepare and serve them within 20-25 minutes.
02 Is the non-veg served in the buffet Halal?
Yes, the non-veg food served in the buffet is Halal.

01 Is there a dress code for visiting the casino?
Yes, we have a smart casual dress code policy which means no shorts, sleeveless shirts, flip-flops, or sandals are allowed. Additionally, guests are not allowed to wear hats or sunglasses inside the casino.
02 Are there any age restrictions for visiting the casino?
Yes, guests must be at least 21 years old to enter the casino.

- Rescheduling or cancellation is not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled date of visit
- One-time date change is allowed to reschedule the visit for a future date with an applicable difference amount payable depending on the pricing at the time of revision. Request to be placed 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date of visit
- If the pricing for the revised booking is of a lesser amount than your original booking, the remainder is not payable to Guest
- Cancellation due to valid medical emergencies is subject to a full refund. However, the same will be addressed post verification of submitted documents
- No cancellations/refunds are allowed for bookings made for blackout dates or at special rates
- No cancellations/refunds or transfer of tickets in case of no show or unutilized bookings
- Refunds shall be issued to the payment method used for the purchase of original tickets/packages. Once refund request is generated, the same will be processed within 10 working days
- No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes the playing coupons offered to them as part of their package

Kids Entry Terms & Conditions:
- Kids entry starts from 05:00pm onwards.
- Kids entry must be done before or by 06.00pm. Post which kids room access is subject to availability.
- The Kids room is subject to be full before 06.00pm as well.
- In the above scenarios, we can reschedule your entry to another date OR We can assist with a refund.

Drunken Policy:
- The management maintains the right to forcibly remove a person from the premises if they are found behaving in a disorderly manner while intoxicated.
- The Company shall be entitled (without assigning any reason to passenger) to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the assigned cruise or to alter the stopping place or deviate from the route of the journey, without thereby incurring any liability in the form of damages or otherwise towards the passenger.
- The company shall also be entitled at any time to cancel or to cease performance of the cruise by reason of an event of Forced majeure, which shall include (without limitation) war or threat of war, terrorist activity or the threat of the same, riots, civil commotion, disaster, act of God, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, closer of ports, strikes or other industrial action, medical emergency at sea, lawful deviation at sea in response to a distress call or other emergency, and any other event outside its reasonable control.
- The Company shall be entitled at any time, without giving any reasons, refuse passage to any passenger, whom it considers unfit to travel or a nuisance or likely to cause mischief by reasons of over consumption of alcohol or drugs or likely to inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person on-board or likely to endanger or impair safety of the vessel.
- The passenger is liable to share his or her contact information in order to expedite evacuation in times of emergency. The contact details will also be used internally for marketing, research, contests, surveys, sweepstakes and promotional purposes.
- If at any stage it is found that the vessel with the booked load of passengers, etc is overloaded the Company will have the right to decide which passengers or articles shall be off loaded and such decision of the Company shall be binding and final.
- The Management reserves the right to disembark any passenger at its sole discretion for valid reasons.

Promotional Voucher Terms:
- Promotional vouchers will be issued in denominations of Rs 500 cannot be broken down into lower denominations.

- Cancellation charges are applicable on Weekday Packages i.e. Tuesday to Thursday (25% of the booking amount).
- Cancellations are not allowed on Blackout dates and on special events (special rates).
- If any campaign is applied, then cancellation is not applicable (i.e. Discount or Extra Promotional Voucher)
- One date change is allowed for a future date with applicable difference amount payable depending on weekday & weekend pricing and can only be done 24 hours before the booking date.
- If the booking is done for a weekend, but the reschedule date is a weekday refund will not be processed for the difference amount. The difference amount will be paid as extra promotional vouchers.
- Cancellations will be considered if intimidated 24 hrs. Prior to the Date of Visit.
- No Cancellations/Refund or transfer of ticket will be processed in case of a no show.
- Refunds shall be processed via bank transfer only. Once an online refund request is generated, the same will be processed within 10 – 15 working days
- No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes their One-time play coupons or Match play coupons offered to them as part of their package.
- No refund will be processed in case of unavailability of any open deck due to private function, weather conditions or any untoward situation.
- Guests will not be entitled to a refund if they have provided invalid information at the time of booking, for example, age, sex etc.
